Thank you for participating in the 9th Annual Pediatric Luncheon benefiting Safe Crossing Foundation and Providence's Children's Hospice. We have the honor and privilege of having award winning local author Sherman Alexie as our keynote speaker. Mr. Alexie is sure to deliver a powerful message about his experiences with loss and grief from the perspective of both a father and son.

In order to help make the event run smoothly please take the time to complete the registration form below. Our system will require that you register each guest individually. You will be able to reload this form once you reach the end of the confirmation process.

Together we can make a difference in the lives of children who are coping with grief.

There is no charge for this event. However, at the end of the program, each guest will be asked to support the pediatric programs. A gift of $125 or more would be appreciated.
